RESORT LEVEL HOUSEKEEPING

Each unique home and lifestyle requires personalized housekeeping services. We care about the small details and believe that no job is too small. We offer from basic to deep cleaning packages, move in move out or construction clean-ups.

 

EXTERIOR CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Keeping the exterior of any home looking presentable can be tedious and time consuming regardless of the property’s size. Large estates, however, present a unique set of problems that our qualified team of experts is prepared to tackle. We offer services including window cleaning, painting, power washing, furniture wipe down, gutter cleaning, preventative maintenance and much more.

For continuous maintenance or repairs to your property, we can work with suppliers and contractors to make sure everything is taken care of all year long. Our crew has a wealth of experience in preparing outdoor property for a variety of circumstances including last minute party clean-ups and storm clean-ups. HURRICANE READINESS PROGRAM

South Florida is one of the most active hurricane zones in the world. We know exactly how to prepare for and safeguard your property because we are familiar with the storm hazards that the Sunshine State may experience. Your Hurricane Readiness Program is created specifically for your home and possessions, including storm shutter installation and removal and checking for floods, leaks and damage. 

 

GENERAL REPAIRS

Every home eventually needs repairs when things inevitably break. Our team is skilled at seeing problems and taking quick action. If there is a problem that we can resolve on our own, we will do so; if not, we will work with one of our preferred vendor partners to complete the task. This includes light electrical work, light plumbing work, touching up paint, moving furniture and more.

 

CONCIERGE SERVICES

We offer concierge services for our clients to help them live a less stressful life. We will work with our top rated vendors to fulfill your requests and improve your experience whether you are at home or away from it. Services we offer include chef prepared meals, dog walking/sitting, personal training, pick ups and drop offs at the airport, laundering clothes, ironing and much more.

 

HOME WATCH SERVICES

We offer home watch services both in and off season or year round. Our packages can be customized to meet your needs and your schedule. We can also include any of our other services in your custom package.
